To claim Free Newbie gift pack from Holy Knight EN, you must go to their page and get you own validation code. "4399en" generates individual code maximum only per 1 account. For example you've claimed already the Free Gift pack in your main account you can't claim another Gift pack in other characters anymore so choose the character wisely.

2. login your username and password in your in-game account, if you are using facebook account, just login it using facebook.
3. look for the Newbie Gift and click.
4. then after that copy the code and proceed to the game.
5. in the game look for welfare icon on the upper left of the screen, "Daily Signin" window will appear. Scroll Down and look for "Giftpack" tab.
6. put the code and click the "claim" button. Then the item will automatically send to your bag.
